Liners for Bulk Containers (Liner)
NORDENIA's liners for bulk containers offer optimum protection and safety. The applicated films and the fully automated production guarantee a constant, above-average product quality.
The product spectrum includes liners with filling and/or drainage spouts, simple liners (sealed at the bottom and open at the top), and form-stable liners. NORDENIA also produces liners with a fixing plate (cardboard packaging).
NORDENIA has also entered into a pan-European sales cooperation for a packaging system consisting of octabins and liners with the leading manufacturer of octabins in Europe, SCA Packaging. For the filling of EPS (expanded polystyrene), NORDENIA has developed a special liner whose special film formula prevents the escape of product gases, among other things.
Liners are used for bulk materials and semi-pasty products in flexible and rigid bulk packages like FIBCs, octabins, or metal drums. Mono and co-extruded films, composite films with aluminum, EVOH, PA, etc. as well as electrostatically dischargeable films are used during the process. Material thicknesses are geared toward customer demands and the later use.
