Thermal Lamination Films
As temporary surface protection, thermal lamination films keep scratches, dust, and moisture away from painted steel plates. They protect surfaces from damage during storage, transport, and further processing.
The film is thermally laminated onto the steel plates after coating. In the process, the residual heat from the drying process of the painting procedure is used. This process has two advantages: on the one hand, doing without adhesives guarantees the later, residue-free removal of the film, while the process reduces costs on the other.
NORDENIA adapts the formula of the individual films to the chemical components of the steel plate coatings and to the processing method used by the customer (coil coater).
