Temporary Surface Protection Films
Nor®Shield Temporary Surface Protection Films by NORDENIA protect sensitive surfaces from dirt and damage.
As a full-range supplier, NORDENIA covers the entire spectrum of temporary surface protection from basic protection films to individual films for specific applications.
With the solutions offered by Nor®Shield Temporary Surface Protection Films (TPF), your products will be delivered to the customer in perfect condition after they have been manufactured, processed and dispatched.
Due to NORDENIA’s technical expertise, the manufacturing processes for Nor®Shield products are flexible: adhesion, protective effect, optical characteristics, and peel off performance can be adjusted to the customers’ individual needs. All products are manufactured cost-effectively with the least possible gel particles and can, of course, be removed without leaving stains . Upon request, all surface protection films can be offered with a Class A adhesive surface.

Glue free, coextruded films are used as a cost-effective solution for smooth surfaces or can be applied on surfaces which are thermoformed. In the highly demanding industry for optical applications, Nor®Shield films can, for example, protect LED, LCD or plasma screens. We also provide suitable Nor®Shield solutions for rough surfaces, coated metals, and other surface materials, and we offer customized solutions that can be designed by NORDENIA’s Research and Development Department to meet your individual requirements.
Our adhesive coated protection films are based on either rubber (solvent-based) or acrylate and are available in both solvent-based and solvent-free versions (aqueous dispersion). These have a wide range of applications, including use for plastic and aluminum profiles, lacquered and coated metal surfaces, high-quality furniture surfaces (HPL), plastic surfaces and highly sensitive surfaces (e.g. anodized aluminum).
The base materials for the Nor®Shield Temporary Surface Protection are single-layer or multi-layer polyolefin films (polyethylene and polypropylene) and polyester films in diverse thicknesses and different pigmentations. All protection films can be printed in high quality with your logo in multicolor. This process is based on customer orders, which allows us to fulfill our customers’ individual requirements regarding roll run length and width.
