They are suited for bulk materials from 10 to 50 kg. The product spectrum ranges from converted valve bags and stand-up pouches to side gusset bags and flat bags.

Depending on customer demands, this bag packaging is available as single-layer or multilayer films or as material composites with aluminum and/or paper. They are suited for bulk materials.

For bulk commodities in powder form, which are packaged using process air, NORDENIA manufactures different variants for the subsequent removal of air, which do not let the bulk commodities escape, while simultaneously offering protection against moisture. The main areas of application for air-permeable bags are products such as S-PVC, tanning materials, and accessory building materials.

In the case of the filter design, the air escapes through perforation areas that are covered on the inside by a filter material that has been especially adapted to the application and the filling material. In the case of the NORPOR© design, the air escapes through microperforated areas with a hole size of only 0.02 mm to 0.1 mm. Due to the small hole size, additional filters are not necessary.
