NORDENIA INTERNATIONAL AG is a worldwide manufacturer of flexible packaging, technical films, and product components. The NORDENIA INTERNATIONAL AG management is located at its headquaters in Greven, North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany. The strategic process and product developments of NORDENIA INTERNATIONAL AG are situated in NORDENIA TECHNOLOGIES GmbH for the entire Group. Approximately 3000 persons are employed by the films company. The foundation of their actions is constituted by the joint corporate principles (shared values). NORDENIA is directed to a worldwide orientation of partnership in its corporate culture based on the seven shared values flexibility, global, independence, innovation, partnership, passion of excellence and quality.

The Development of Equity Capital

1998: Increase in equity capital by nominally DM 1 million to DM 43 million

1999: Share splitting 3 : 1 and conversion of capital stock to euro; increase in equity capital from company funds by 25.8 million euro

2000: Increase in equity capital by EUR 2.58 million to 28.38 million individual shares at an accounting par value of EUR 1
