NORDENIA presents hygiene components in China

NORDENIA's first appearance as an exhibitor at CIHPEC 2010, China’s biggest industry trade fair for hygiene applications, was an all-out success. 20.000 visitors at the 17th CIHPEC in Nanjing exceeded the expectations. At its booth NORDENIA presented diaper closure systems and other solutions in the hygiene component segment.

At the fair 500 exhibitors from all over the world displayed their products in an area 40.000 sq.m. large. The organizer, the China National Household Paper Industry Association, rated the fair a huge success concerning the number of exhibitors and visitors. In virtually no other country in the world is the baby diaper market growing as rapidly as in China. The average annual growth rates are over 20 percent, and with relatively little market penetration so far and the increasing affluence in China the market potential is still very high.
