Every company in the NORDENIA Group is obligated to make quality a priority and to verifiably work on the continuous improvement of its own performance. This is a component of the World Class Production project. We constantly compare ourselves with exemplary companies inside and outside the industry.

Global Quality Standards
With the World Class Production (WCP) project, NORDENIA is taking a successful road towards the continuous improvement of production sequences and products. WCP defines quality standards, and auditors from other NORDENIA sites conduct audits to evaluate and categorize the compliance with them. Employees worldwide are also intensively trained and given continuous training. This ensures that work is carried out in accordance with the same standards in all divisions at all company sites. The objectives of the World Class Production project are to increase quality, lower costs, and optimize the ability to supply.
Sites Work with WCP
The World Class Production project has been introduced at more than half of all NORDENIA sites worldwide. The quality standards defined through World Class Production are classified in levels. Over 450 individual classifications for levels I, II, III, and IV have already been awarded in the framework of internal audits. WCP is a forward-pointing program: the aim is for every NORDENIA site to progress by one level every year.
