Through attendance at our manufacturing sites, the process improvement oriented approach and continuous information exchange with the technical experts, the process engineering team is up-to-date according innovations, optimizations and best practices. This knowledge and know-how is shared with other subsidiaries to use synergy effects in process and productivity improvements.

Expert Workshops

Through organization of international expert workshops a high contribution for the improvement of our technical and technological know-how transfer is given. In these frequent workshops, experiences regarding technical optimizations, innovations, technical developments and projects are exchanged. In the framework of these workshops, suppliers also have the opportunity to present their latest innovations. As one outcome of the workshops we will have a well coordinated execution of projects with multi entity relevance. With the new Kaizen system being implemented on NORDENIA Group level suggestions for improvements, which can be transferred to other companies, are additionally remunerated.
