Continuous Improvement Process
The active support of the companies is carried out by process analyses and by the leading of projects targeting process optimization and standardization. Through the organization of frequent expert workshops the technical know how transfer between our international production experts is constantly improved. Synergy effects are used by the intensive exchange of experiences and the coordinated accomplishment of project activities. In close contact with suppliers of machines and materials we work on the continuous development and improvement of our processes and materials.Support to our subsidiaries is as well provided in preparation of investments of machinery and auxiliary equipment in form of technical consultancy. Standardized definitions for our Production Key Figures (PKF) which are valid for all international subsidiaries, build the basis for the production controlling. The frequent benchmarking of productivity figures of comparable manufacturing processes delivers approaches and initiatives for the continuous improvement of quality, waste, set-up times and machine speeds.
