Process- and Customer-Oriented
Quality management goes without saying at NORDENIA and is never a chore – only quality management makes lasting success possible. Our quality management was the basis for developing an integrated management system. We consider the "Quality" aspect to be processed-oriented. In this case, we evaluate not only the processes that contribute to the manufacturing of a product, but also procedures for the planning, control, and monitoring of processes, products, and services. The work processes are defined within each company division, and each follow-up process is considered to be a "client" of the previous one. The benefit for the external customer here has top priority.
