Values and Guidelines

NORDENIA shared values are the fundamental values of our company. The company principles - our shared values- play a central role in the realization of our strategy. This is also true for our corporate policy which is regarded as guideline for all sites and employees.
Our shared values are common, binding guidelines for cooperation and reflect our joint understanding of our company culture. We are convinced that the guidelines and a company culture that is clearly oriented towards partnership will strengthen the bond between the sites and will contribute to the lasting success of our company. Our managerial staff is obliged to pass these values on by setting an example so that all employees throughout the world base their actions and deeds on a single values system.

The principles of good company management are an important management instrument for NORDENIA. The basis for permanent success is mutual trust. That is why NORDENIA agrees to transparent and responsible company management within the meaning of the Corporate Governance Code. With the Code, which was agreed by the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board in 2002, NORDENIA wants to strengthen the sustained quality of the company management and control. As a result, the confidence of present and future investors, customers, and employees in national and international markets will be promoted and strengthened.
