A Synergistic System

Within a uniform structure, methods and instruments for meeting requirements from various areas are summarized in a process-oriented manner. The system basically functions independently of the size or structure of the site that uses it. Due to the merging of the individual management systems, the bundling of resources, and the utilization of synergies, leaner, more efficient management is possible.
Every employee assumes the responsibility for his or her work. For this reason, a clear delegation of responsibilities and the qualification and further education of the employees are important prerequisites for the success of our company.

For the determination of tasks and responsibilities, we use, among things, tools like the cascading of company objectives, the creation and management of job descriptions, and the description of operator responsibilities in annually updated indices of legal provisions. With regular in-house instruction, internal workshops, and training, as well as external seminars, we guarantee an appropriate further education and qualification of our employees and, at the same time, promote a consciousness of their actions. At many sites, we also offer computer-based learning programs (e-learning).
